What Is It?
CosMedix Rescue Balm & Mask is a deeply emolient, soothing moisturizing balm that can be worn for extended periods of time as a mask. Its texture is deceptively lightweight, and it provides dry skin with the non-greasy hydration it needs to eliminate the look of lines, and discomfort.
How Does It Work?
Rescue Balm's soothing properties makes this an excellent product to use after a resurfacing treatment. It immediately calms the skin and helps the skin to recover faster after your treatment. However, it's light enough in texture to use as an everyday moisturizer. The balm was recognized with the LNE & Spa's Best award. Rescue Balm's ingredients include rich, soothing shea butter, wild cherry extract, tart cherry extract, copper gluconate, sweet cherry extract, and lavender oil. These are all ingredients that soothe, protect, enrich, and speed up your post-treatment healing process.
How Do I Use It?
Apply the Rescue Balm after using either the Benefit Clean or the Purity Clean facial cleansers. Use the product as needed. If you'd like to use the balm as a mask, then spread it on your face and leave it on for a few minutes, or overnight if you prefer.
Hydra Cares Tip:
There's nothing wrong with using the Rescue Balm as a day time moisturizer. You can also treat yourself to a day time mask treatment by using the balm. You might find that you'd prefer using this product if you live in a dry, arid climate.
