How Do I Use It?
When you are in the sun, take two milliliters with at least two ounces of water every four hours. Also take two milliliters one hour in advance of your intended time in the sun, and the second dose three hours later if you remain outside. If you plan to exercise strenuously or if you take medications that make you more sensitive to the sun, take two milliliters every 30 to 40 minutes during your sun exposure.
